What We're Looking For

Someone who is proactive, resourceful, and has a knack for making connections and building relationships. You enjoy the behind-the-scenes work of conducting research, brainstorming new ideas, and creating new strategy plans, but also can be client-facing with hiring managers and candidates, having the confidence to reach out to new people and start conversations. You can handle multiple projects at a time, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, internet searches, and other sourcing tools to identify talent.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruiting software.

Preferred

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience sourcing for technical, engineering, environmental, construction, or professional services positions.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or candidate relationship management tools.
