Town Dentistry Brookhaven is looking for an energetic, confident, and patient-focused Part-Time Treatment Coordinator to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, clearly explaining treatment and financial options, and helping patients confidently say YES to the care they need.

• Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients
• Organized and proactive with follow-up

• Able to help maintain a productive provider schedule
• Passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience
• Dental experience preferred

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions
• Schedule appointments, including recare appointments
• Collect patient payments
• Review insurance benefits and discuss financial options
• Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
• Help patients understand their recommended care and available options
• Partner closely with doctors and the dental team to provide an exceptional patient experience
• Support the team in maintaining an efficient and productive provider schedule

Part-Time Schedule, 3 days per week:

• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $20/hour, based on experience
