Functional Analyst – eCommerce (Talent Pool Latam)

Who You Are

You're the person who catches the bug before anyone else does. You enjoy digging into how an eCommerce platform works, you test until you're sure, and you take pride in making sure every promotion goes live exactly as planned. You work comfortably with teams across regions and time zones, and when something breaks in production, you stay calm and focus on finding the root cause.

What You'll Do

• Test promotions thoroughly in the Commerce environment to ensure accuracy and prevent pricing errors or financial loss.
• Deploy validated promotions to production across multiple regions.
• Research, troubleshoot, and help resolve production issues, especially those related to promotions and other site functionality.
• Support testing for bug fixes, enhancements, and releases.
• Maintain site data, including product details, user information, and content updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep site operations running smoothly.

What We Look For

• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Backoffice or similar eCommerce platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to testing.
• Ability to manage multiple promotions and site updates across different regions at the same time.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills in English.
• Availability to work aligned with the Pacific Time Zone and to support occasional after-hours production issues.
