Are you a motivated, people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and helping customers improve their homes and properties? Smith and Company Painting is looking for an Outside Sales Rep to join our growing team in McMinnville, Oregon. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners and property owners, provide solutions for their painting and floor coating needs, and help deliver the high-quality service our company has been known for since 1960.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting new people, and earning strong income based on performance. Our Outside Sales Representatives earn $60,000-$100,000+ per year through a combination of base salary and commissions.

✓Maintain strong relationships with clients even after the project is complete

✓Track sales activity using our CRM and participate in weekly team meetings
