As an EDI Integrations Developer at Smithfield Foods, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency and ensuring seamless communication between our business partners and internal systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining EDI solutions that facilitate the exchange of critical business data, enabling us to meet our supply chain and business objectives. The Developer- EDI Integrations is responsible for supporting and developing in Smithfield’s EDI System Integration landscape. They are tasked with analysis, troubleshooting, development, and delivery of EDI Transactions and mftp connections. This position will develop with the employee to incorporate transformations with integrations and future capabilities. The focus of this role is analysis and development within IBM SCBN EDI and to work alongside the Integrations team for future integration applications to target end state architecture and end state technology stack to support project and production capabilities and timelines.

• Solid knowledge of business systems requirements, project management and Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities

• Knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing, PaaS design principles and micro services and containers is a plus.
