About the Role

As a Photo Editing Associate, you will be challenged to bring out the full potential of all the photoshoots completed by our partner photographers worldwide. Your impact on delivering vibrant, standout galleries to our customers and giving them an incredible booking experience will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our consumers and enterprise clients to access on-demand photography worldwide. You’ll directly shape how our customers and creators connect. Your work will have a meaningful impact - ensuring businesses everywhere can tell better visual stories.

Edit photos that were taken by photographers on shoots all over the world
Use Lightroom and Photoshop to bring out the full potential of every image
Use AI tools and automation
Help Snappr expand to new markets by supporting photographers worldwide
Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

Fluency in written and spoken English

Experience with professional photography and photo editing

Extensive knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop

Ability to edit thousands of photos efficiently within a given timeframe and with an excellent standard of quality

Ability to do advanced editing such as object removal, whether using the classic editing process or AI

Open to testing, exploring, and adopting new creative tools and workflows.

The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well

Able to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing demands, and switch gears effectively when needed.

Bonus: Experience with AI image and video generation tools.

A "let's get it done" mindset

Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas and work on a shifting schedule

PHP 30k/month on-target earnings (including performance pay)
