Sr UI/UX Designer

• →Oversee the creation and production of cutting-edge graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing, sales, and operational materials.
• →Develop and drive visual content strategies for high-stakes presentations, proposals, and product documentation.
• →Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to define project goals and deliverables.
• →Ensure all visual materials adhere to brand guidelines and industry standards.
• →Review and critique design work to ensure consistency and quality.
• →Lead and manage a team of designers, providing mentorship and professional development.
• →Manage multiple high-impact projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• →Integrate the latest design trends and technologies into visual content.
• →Represent the design team in strategic meetings and presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in graphic design or related field.
• Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of related experience is required. 
• Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience. 
• Extensive experience with graphics design application programs and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced Skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Software, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
• Ability to work successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-level design projects and innovation.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.

• Experience with software application programs such as, SolidWorks, 3DS Max, The Foundry Modo, Zbrush, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Filezilla, Wordpress tools, and Google Apps.
• Exposure to web and print design, video/audio editing, 2D and/or 3D animation.
• Understanding of 3D printing software such as Autodesk Mesh Fusion, 3DS Z Edit Pro, Autodesk NetFabb, or Google Sketchup.
• Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry.

• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
• Regular use of hand/finger dexterity for designing and typing.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Capability to work in an office or hybrid environment.
