Talent Acquisition Partner I

• →Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• →Evaluate and screen candidates' resumes and applications to assess their fit for open positions.
• →Conduct initial interviews to qualify candidates and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
• →Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• →Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment by identifying and engaging candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• →Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• →Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• →Utilize data and analytics to inform and improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• →Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
• 0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
• Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a quality candidate pipeline, and providing a high level of client service.
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively cross functionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Ability to accurately and positively represent SNC to the job market. 
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance

• Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
• Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience with salary negotiation and closing candidates.
• Experience with technical recruiting.
• Experience working in a service focused organization of comparable size and complexity.
• Experience with Workday ATS and Beamery CRM.
• Demonstrated consultative and solution-oriented approach to recruitment search engagements.

• Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.
