This is not just a technology project — it is a people, culture, and organizational change program, and the Senior People Partner Manager – LATAM will lead it from the front across key markets including Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile.

This role is Snowflake's senior HR leader for the region — a strategic thought partner who can both set direction and get into the weeds to drive real change. Reporting to the Revenue organization People Partner leader, this role will partner with LATAM leaders and the global People team to shape people strategy, drive organizational effectiveness, and deliver a world-class employee experience.

• Act as a trusted advisor to LATAM leadership, offering actionable guidance on organizational strategy, key people priorities, and leadership development while championing change across the region.

• Champion Snowflake's AI transformation in LATAM by fostering AI literacy, easing adoption through clear communication, and implementing rapid, evidence-based pilot programs to drive alignment.

• Maintain a hands-on approach by staying deeply connected to daily team operations, earning the trust of managers and individual contributors to execute initiatives efficiently.

• Execute strategic, data-informed talent initiatives—including succession planning, retention strategies, org design, and executive coaching—to enhance team capability throughout the region.

• Oversee core regional HR services—spanning total rewards, performance management, employee relations, and workplace safety—ensuring strict alignment with local labor regulations.

• Collaborate across global COEs (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Operations, Analytics and Employment Legal) and business units (Product, Engineering, GTM, G&A) to build tailored regional people solutions.

• Lead regional compliance efforts by staying current on LATAM employment laws and partnering with Legal, Finance, and local counsel to maintain compliant operational standards.

• 10-12+ years of broad HR leadership experience with extensive client-facing strategic advisory and executive coaching, including regional or multi-country oversight.

• Proven expertise across LATAM markets with deep understanding of local employment laws, regulatory compliance and compensation practices across key jurisdictions (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, Colombia).

• Proven track record of supporting international growth, including setup of new legal entities, country entry strategies, and operationalizing HR infrastructure across new LATAM jurisdictions.

• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments with comfort managing cross-functional initiatives across global time zones and dispersed teams.

• Action-oriented player-coach mindset with a track record of rapidly piloting, launching, and iterating initiatives to deliver practical business solutions.

• Robust business acumen and analytical capability, translating people strategy into clear, quantifiable business results.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate credibility and influence key stakeholders at all levels—from frontline management to executive leadership—within matrixed organizations.

• Fluent in English; professional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly preferred.

• Coaching certification or formal executive coaching practice.

• Program or change management certification.

• M&A or integration experience in a LATAM context.

• Direct experience deploying or scaling AI tools within an HR or people function.
