• 고객의 아키텍처 및 활용 사례에 최적화된 데모와 기술 스토리를 설계하고 제공합니다.

• 성공 기준 정의 및 공동 실행 계획 수립을 포함하여, 플랫폼 도입 가치를 검증하고 의사결정 리스크를 최소화하는 POC 및 파일럿 프로젝트를 주도합니다.

• 복잡한 기술적 기능을 비기술 경영진도 이해할 수 있는 명확한 비즈니스 가치와 ROI 관점으로 설명합니다.

• Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product 및 Partner 조직과 긴밀히 협력하여 고객 성공을 지원합니다.

• SI(System Integrator), ISV 및 클라우드 파트너와 협업하여 고객 아키텍처에 적합한 솔루션을 통합합니다.

• 현장의 고객 피드백을 Product 및 Engineering 조직에 전달하여, 특히 제조 및 Hi-Tech 기업의 요구사항이 제품 로드맵에 반영될 수 있도록 지원합니다.

• 고객 워크숍, 임원 브리핑, 산업 행사 및 커뮤니티 모임에서 Snowflake를 대표합니다.

• 제조 및 Hi-Tech 기업 시장 확장을 지원하기 위한 프레젠테이션, 레퍼런스 아키텍처, 플레이북, 데모 등의 기술 콘텐츠를 제작하고 공유합니다.

• 고객 대면(Customer-Facing) 솔루션 엔지니어링 분야에서 10년 이상의 경력

• 최신 데이터 스택(Modern Data Stack), ETL/ELT, 데이터 웨어하우스 및 데이터 레이크, 데이터 사이언스, 생성형 AI(Generative AI), 데이터 애플리케이션(Data Apps)에 대한 높은 이해도

• 즉석 화이트보드 세션부터 체계적인 프레젠테이션 및 데모까지, 기술 담당자와 경영진 모두를 대상으로 효과적으로 커뮤니케이션하고 발표할 수 있는 역량

• SQL 및 Spark에 대한 실무 수준의 전문성

• Business Level English speaking, reading, and writing required

• 대규모 클라우드 데이터 및 AI 플랫폼 구축 또는 운영 경험

• 프로그래밍 및 스크립트 개발 경험 (Python, Java, Spark 등)

• 엔터프라이즈 데이터 및 분석 플랫폼의 영업 또는 기술 지원 경험

• 뛰어난 이해관계자 관리(Stakeholder Management) 및 가치 중심 영업(Value-Based Selling) 역량

• 컴퓨터공학, 공학, 수학 또는 관련 분야 학위

• Lakehouse 아키텍처 실무 경험

• 데이터 사이언스, AI, 머신러닝(ML), 생성형 AI 관련 프로젝트 경험

• Tableau, Power BI 등 BI 도구 활용 경험

• AWS, Azure 또는 GCP 클라우드 플랫폼 경험

• S3, Glue, SageMaker, Azure Data Factory 등 관련 서비스 활용 경험

• OLAP 데이터 모델링 및 엔터프라이즈 데이터 아키텍처 경험

• 제조 및 Hi-Tech 산업 경험(제조사 또는 관련 솔루션 벤더 경험 포함)

• 엔터프라이즈 SaaS 솔루션 영업 경험
