Responsibilities

•Partner with HR stakeholders and business users to understand, analyze, and document business needs and process requirements.
•Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
•Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
•Challenge and improve existing processes by identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
•Act as the primary liaison between business teams, support teams, and technical experts.

Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
•Experience working with HR systems, preferably Oracle Fusion HCM.
•Strong understanding of HR business processes, especially Core HR, Absence Management, and Workforce

•Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
•Proactive, customer-oriented, and collaborative attitude.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Adaptability and resilience in a changing environment.

Language Requirements
•Fluent English (minimum B2 level, written and spoken).
•French (minimum B1 level) is a plus.
