Customer Success – Crypto & Financial Innovation

As part of the Customer Success team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients throughout their journey. Your mission will be to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in a cutting-edge financial innovation environment.

You will work closely with multiple teams to support clients, coordinate their needs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in French and English

• Adaptability to a fast-evolving environment

• Proactive mindset with strong results orientation

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

• Analytical mindset and ability to work cross-functionally

• Good understanding of the financial services industry

• Knowledge of digital assets and blockchain

• Familiarity with databases

• Prompt engineering skills

• Master’s degree (Finance, Business, or equivalent)

• 4–5 years of experience in Banking & Finance
