Cyber Security Lead Analyst

We are seeking a Security Operations Engineer with strong AWS security expertise to help protect and enhance our cloud security posture. The role will focus on vulnerability management, security monitoring, incident response, cloud security reviews, risk assessment, and operation of security platforms within a highly regulated banking environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with cloud engineers, application teams, infrastructure teams, and cybersecurity stakeholders to ensure secure-by-design implementation and effective security operations across AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents in AWS environments.
• Manage vulnerability remediation and security risk assessments.
• Operate AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, and related security tools.
• Conduct cloud security reviews and support Secure-by-Design initiatives.
• Coordinate SAST/DAST testing and remediation activities.
• Collaborate with developers, cloud engineers, and security stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Experience in Security Operations, Cloud Security, or Security Engineering.
• Strong understanding of AWS security services and cloud security best practices.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, incident response, and threat detection.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or similar frameworks.

Nice to Have

• AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, CISM, Security+
