Cyber Security Lead- PAM

Job Description – IAM Controls Lead
Role Purpose

Ensure Quality checks In IAM -IT Controls, NIST and Audit evidence submission 
Contribute to IAM360, NIST, IGAD, and regulatory expectations (ECB / DORA).
Act as a Run owner for IAM-IT Controls, focused on control execution, analysis, risk coverage and evidence collection.

Key Responsibilities

Lead IAM -IT Controls within IAM 360 program
Own  controls covering:

IT User provisioning and deprovisioning
IT JML process
IT Toxic combination Controls
PAM Controls.

Analyze control outputs to identify, validate, and qualify anomalies.
Coordinate remediation with Action owners to ensure SLA adherence.
Maintain clear remediation tracking, ETAs, and follow‑up.

Evidence & Compliance

Collect, maintain, and upload audit‑ready evidence in SBD / IAM360 / Control Tower.
Ensure traceability from control execution to remediation closure.
Support internal audits, IGAD reviews, and regulatory inspections.

Tools & Interfaces

Tools such as  WHATS, CyberArk, Ignimission, GARFILD etc.
Interface with IAM Domain leads, ISR analysts, control owners, and audit teams.

Skills & Experience

7 years + in IT Risk or Cybersecurity
Strong understanding of IAM& PAM concepts and control frameworks.
Structured, detail‑oriented, and evidence‑driven mindset.
Experience in regulated / banking environments preferred.
