Data Scientist

·       Develop and implement Generative AI (LLM) solutions

·       Work on GenAI concepts (RAG, Agentic AI – good to have)

·       Develop, test, and optimize ML models in distributed environments

·       Integrate solutions with enterprise systems via APIs

·       Build, clean, and enhance data pipelines from multiple sources

·       Run experiments/POCs to validate business ideas and value

·       Collaborate with business teams to implement algorithms in Python

·       Follow and implement group standards on AI Governance

·       Experience on Gen AI Tool and workflow - LangChain, HuggingFace, RAG pipelines etc

• Experience designing agentic workflows (ReAct, plan-and-execute, multi-agent)
• Familiarity with MCP and tool/function calling patterns in LLM applications

·       Knowledge on ML, deep learning, and NLP solution development

·       Conversant with various AI Tools eg. Python, SQL (e.g., Scikit-learn, NumPy, GenAI)

·       Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)

·       End-to-end understanding of ML lifecycle and deployment

·       Understanding of prompt engineering, context window management, and LLM solution evaluation

·       Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
