Lead Data Scientist

·       Analyze and process large, complex datasets to generate actionable business insights

·       Proficient in building and deploying machine learning models into business workflow or process

·       Develop and implement Generative AI (LLM) solutions

·       Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions

·       Good to have knowledge on RISQ and Market Activities

·       Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to business stakeholders

·             Strong programming skills to build ML/AI solutions eg. Python

•            Proficient in building and training ML/AI models

•            Experience on Gen AI Tool and workflow -LangChain, HuggingFace etc

•            Strong communication skills to convey complex insights to non-technical audiences

•            Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage projects, timelines and deliverables
