Lead System Engineer - Oracle SBC

• 10+ years in voice engineering; 5+ years with Oracle SBC/ECB in enterprise or carrier environments.

• Expertise in:

  • Oracle SBC/ECB configuration, HA clustering, and virtualization.

  • Hands on experience in Enterprise Operations Monitoring (EOM) tool

  • SIP protocol, signalling flows, codecs (G.711, G.729, Opus), and media handling.

Automation-first mindset with strong scripting, troubleshooting, and platform engineering skills.

Customer-focused approach with the ability to improve the end-to-end unified communications experience for users, support teams, and business stakeholders.

Strong analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving mindset with the ability to convert recurring issues into automated controls or remediation scripts.
