Listed Derivatives Sales Trader, Global Markets

 Primary Objectives:

• Work on the Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) Desk in Tokyo, with responsibility for the sales and execution of listed futures and options,  ETF and related Intraday tradable fund primarily for Japanese clients.
• Contribute to the achievement of the desk's revenue targets by working strategically toward clearly defined individual and team objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with target clients, demonstrating a commercial mindset and proactively identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
• Actively contribute to team development and team building, with support and guidance from management.
• Leverage extensive industry experience to mentor, train, and develop team members.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of operational risks and ensure adherence to appropriate risk management procedures and controls.
• Proactively engage with clients and contribute to the growth of DMA and care order business from Japanese clients in accordance with SG's internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Minimize execution errors and ensure accuracy throughout the post-trade process by maintaining high operational standards.
• Serve as an effective gatekeeper by developing and maintaining proficiency in kill-switch operations, monitoring controls, and other risk management procedures.
   

Major Accountabilities/Principal Responsibilities:

• Duties:Provide quick & accurate order execution and post trade service to the clients as a part of ETD desk in Japan
• Provide market color, SG research and trade idea to the clients
• Demonstrating a level of responsibility commensurate with the role of a senior staff member.
• Learn on boarding skill new account / new traders / order limit setting from the existing clients 
• Gather market regulation information with related team then share it with team and clients 
• Increasing revenue of DMA/Care from Japanese clients, Expand flow business like ETF, Inca fund.

• Possesses a strong understanding of both Japanese and international regulations, with the ability to serve as an effective gatekeeper from a regulatory and compliance perspective.
• Has strong expertise in intraday tradable funds and ETF, backed by significant trading experience and a deep understanding of market dynamics and execution.

• Demonstrated respect for colleagues and timely escalation of any issues to management
