Senior Consultant

As a Project Manager the resource will be responsible for:

-        Manage assigned projects independently in accordance with the objectives of the Sponsor

o   Drive and unite contributors of the mission for achieving the objective

o   Provide permanent control on the deliverable by managing the associated risks and challenges

o   Ensure the deliverables are achieved as per the agreed objectives

-        Work on 1 or more project at the same-time based on the available capacity

o   Assigned project(s) can be standalone or be part of a programme

o   Can be of similar nature having medium to high complexity, impact & criticality

-        Responsible for deploying the Project Management framework and other Business Transformation Frameworks within their project

-        Serve as the relationship linkage between the Business Users and IT team for Trade Globally & Provide Functional Consulting based on the past experience/in-depth knowledge of the business, business requirements analysis and IT processes.

-        Ability to Articulate the user needs & to pay close attention on all risks and provide better solution to counterparts

·       10+ years in IT environment working with multiple disciplines to deliver projects in line with customer needs

·       Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural competence

·       Comfortable working in a matrixed organization with excellent communication

·       Strong leadership qualities and a passion for building high performing teams

·       Knowledge on Agile practices

·       Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle and PM/BA best practices

·       Proven Project management skills and experience having ability to deliver fixed & innovative assignments

·       Expertise in the delivery of on time and on budget projects that achieve business case stated outcomes – a driver with bias towards delivery at pace and controlling project outcomes

·       Analytical mindset to be able to navigate through complex projects

·       Stakeholder management experience, especially around running project governance

·       Demonstrate strong cooperation and team spirit to work efficiently with all departments

·       Client orientation mindset with attention to detail

·       Experience in implementation, change management and benefits realization

·       Understanding of banking industry & of how change drives benefits for the organization, its customers and other stakeholders

·       In depth experience of working in transformation and change projects

• Good understanding of Front to Back trade finance life cycle & System Architecture
• Strong knowledge in operational/IT flow in different Trade products
• PMP, Prince 2, Agile, MS Visio, Advanced MS Office, etc. in addition to possessing skills in BRD preparation
• Bring in value additions to the assigned projects
