Within the Windows System Administration team, you will join the Level 3 support team and contribute to production support in an agile environment. Your primary focus will be the administration and operational support of Windows Server platforms. As your experience develops, you will progressively contribute to project activities and improvements to the team’s tools and processes.
1. Windows production support
• Manage incidents and service requests related to Windows Server operating systems.
• Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable resolutions.
• Support production stability by following operational standards, procedures, and security requirements.
• Provide Level 3 technical assistance to application and infrastructure teams.
• Administer Windows Server environments and contribute to the reliable operation of a large-scale infrastructure.
• Support Microsoft clustering technologies and other Windows platform services.
• Maintain clear technical and operational documentation.
• Use PowerShell to automate recurring administration and support activities.
• Contribute to SCCM-based configuration management and industrialized server administration.
• Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, consistency, and service quality through automation.
• Build a strong foundation in Windows administration through hands-on production support.
• Participate progressively in infrastructure projects after developing sufficient operational experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues in an agile environment and share knowledge across the team.
Requirements
~1 min read• A degree, diploma, or practical background in information technology, computer science, or a related field
• Strong interest in Windows Server administration and production support
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to analyze technical issues in a structured manner
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
Nice to Have
~1 min read• Initial experience with Windows Server administration
• Knowledge of PowerShell or another scripting language
• Exposure to SCCM, Microsoft clustering, or Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of ITIL practices or experience working in an agile environment

LANGUAGE:
Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
