We are looking for User Acquisition Manager to join our Marketing team.

Facebook Ads and TikTok campaigns launch and optimization;
Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, internal CRM and other tools;
Channels scaling without CPA growth, improve ROI and other key metrics;
Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts and creatives;

Facebook expert, at least 3 year experience. Experience with campaigns automation (API, autorules) is required. Meta Blueprint certificate is additional advantage.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data;
English is B2, Russian C1+;
Strong communication skills: you express ideas clearly and can persuade others of your point of view;
Creativity: you come up with fresh ideas and find solutions to challenging cases;
Analytical thinking: you quickly process large amounts of information and draw sound conclusions.

✓REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time;

✓The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
