Quick Summary
Would you like to see your work come to life across the brand and marketing communications of a leading Business Technology company?
We are looking for a Creative Designer to join Sofigate Group’s Marketing & Communications team; a versatile, hands-on visual design professional who enjoys both creating great visuals and coming up with new ideas. You will work on a wide range of creative projects while helping us rethink how design is produced and scaled across the organisation.
Your work will shape how Sofigate looks and feels across Nordics and Europe.
You will work closely with colleagues across marketing, sales and our business units in different countries. This is an independent, hands-on role where you will take projects from brief to finished design. You understand that every asset has a purpose, an audience and a deadline, and you know how to balance creativity with business needs.
You will also help us develop smarter ways of working with design: building reusable templates, making the most of AI tools and creating scalable solutions that make high-quality, on-brand content accessible across the organisation.
Depending on your experience and ambitions, the role can also include broader responsibility for developing Sofigate’s visual brand identity and shaping how it comes to life internationally.
Digital design: Create social media templates, campaign visuals, banners, website assets and content for digital channels.
Publications and marketing materials: Guides, whitepapers, flyers, one-pagers and other sales and marketing materials.
Presentations: Design PowerPoint templates and presentations, turning complex content into clear, engaging and visually compelling stories and info graphics.
Events: Create visual identities and materials for events, from screens and stands to signage, outdoor advertising and other event assets.
Our brand: Develop and maintain Sofigate’s visual identity, brand guidelines, imagery and design assets.
New ways of working with design: Develop templates, PowerPoint skills, AI visualisation tools and design systems that make high-quality design accessible across the organisation.
AI as part of creative work: Put into practice new ways of using tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for presentations, visualisations and other creative content, helping us make visual production faster, smarter and more scalable.
Skills in video production and editing, photography or animation are a big plus.
Several years of experience in graphic and visual design and hands-on production preferably in an in-house role
Experience in consulting, technology, or other professional services and B2B marketing, with an understanding of how design supports business and marketing objectives
A strong visual eye and excellent understanding of typography, composition, imagery and brand identity
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva and PowerPoint
Experience in presentation design as well as in using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT as part of your creative work
The ability to create clear, easy-to-use templates and scalable design solutions
Fluency in both Finnish and English, and a relevant education in graphic design
You have a practical, organised and solution-oriented approach, and you’re comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines. You enjoy collaborating with others, sharing ideas and learning about our business and customers. You enjoy working in a hybrid environment and value spending several days a week at our Helsinki office, collaborating and connecting with colleagues face to face.
You enjoy getting things done. You are just as happy rolling up your sleeves and creating visual content as you are developing new concepts and better ways of working. You have a strong eye for design, but you also understand that great creative work needs to serve a business purpose.
You are curious about new technologies and keen to explore how AI can make design faster, smarter and more impactful without compromising on creativity or quality. You are also a team player who takes ownership, delivers on promises and wants to understand the business behind the brief.
If you want to create work that makes an impact while helping shape new ways of doing visual design in an international environment, this could be the place for you. Please send us your application and link to portfolio by 15 November, 2026.
For more information about the role, please contact our Chief Marketing Officer, Anna de Torres at +358 50 576 6015. Anna is available for calls on 30 October, 2026 at 14-15 and 3 November, 2026 at 10-11.
