Responsibilities

→Provide high-level customer service and hospitality during all operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
→Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with all staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
→Effectively handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems, adhering to cash and stock reconciliation procedures.
→Uphold the aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture.
→Maintain product knowledge for all soccer and retail operations.
→Provide administrative and clerical support for the management team, including word processing, coordinating reception paperwork, and database maintenance.
→Perform other duties as necessary, compatible with the position's nature.
