Service Representative

• →Provide high-level customer service and hospitality during all operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
• →Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with all staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• →Effectively handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems, adhering to cash and stock reconciliation procedures.
• →Uphold the aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture.
• →Maintain product knowledge for all soccer and retail operations.
• →Provide administrative and clerical support for the management team, including word processing, coordinating reception paperwork, and database maintenance.
• →Perform other duties as necessary, compatible with the position's nature.

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and some evening shifts.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
