En tant que Professionnel Principal(e), Ingénierie, vous intégrerez l'équipe « Processus, Applications et Analyse de données » à titre de spécialiste NX et NX Open

Ce poste impliquera principalement la participation à d'importants projets de transformation numérique pour les applications CAD, mais ne se limitera pas à ces domaines.

• Analyser, identifier et proposer des améliorations de processus d’ingénierie et d’automatisation CAD adaptées aux requis des clients internes et externes.
• Diriger des ateliers d’analyse des besoins.
• Interagir avec les différentes parties de l’organisation afin d’assurer la cohérence dans les solutions proposées.
• Soutenir les initiatives d'amélioration de l'ingénierie alignées sur la stratégie de design CAD de l'organisation et en collaboration avec le service informatique.
• Supporter les utilisateurs durant et après les déploiements d’améliorations de processus et d’outils.
• Gérer efficacement les priorités et les activités de l’équipe.
• Participer et préparer des rencontres avec l’équipe de développement afin de coordonner les activités menant à la livraison des améliorations proposées.
• Fournir une visibilité constante sur l’évolution de multiples projets menés en parallèle.
• Développer et harmoniser les échéanciers de projets et rallier les équipes techniques au respect de ces échéanciers.
• Diriger des activités pour identifier, gérer et atténuer les risques, préparer des plans d'urgence.
• Faciliter la résolution de problèmes, assurer l'implication de toutes les parties prenantes et obtenir une résolution efficace.
• Évoluer dans un environnement de travail flexible et hybride, où une partie des tâches sont effectuées à distance.

As Professional Sr, Engineering you would work in a team called "Processes, Applications and Data Analytics" taking a role of NX and NX Open Specialist

This role will primarily involve participation in major digital transformation projects for CAD applications but is not limited to these areas.

• Analyze, identify, and propose engineering process and CAD automation improvements tailored to the requirements of internal and external clients.
• Lead requirements analysis workshops.
• Interact with various part of the organization to ensure consistency in proposed solutions.
• Support engineering improvement initiatives aligned with the organization's CAD design strategy and in collaboration with the IT department.
• Support users during and after the deployment of process and tool improvements.
• Effectively manage team priorities and activities.
• Participate in and prepare meetings with the development team to coordinate activities leading to the delivery of proposed improvements.
• Provide continuous visibility into the progress of multiple projects conducted in parallel.
• Develop and harmonize project timelines and ensure technical teams adhere to these timelines.
• Lead activities to identify, manage, and mitigate risks, and prepare contingency plans.
• Facilitate problem-solving and ensure engaging all stakeholders and achieving effective resolution.
• Thrive in a flexible and hybrid work environment, where some tasks are performed remotely.

• You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing company.
• You have at least 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and/or IT.
• You have project management skills, with demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
• You have experience specifically with CAD software Designcenter NX from Siemens.
• You know the basis of software development and automation (Asset).
• You have experience with PLM, ERP, and product change management principles.
• You have experience collaborating with software architects/developers (an asset).
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French, as well as the ability to train and/or mentor others.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• You possess strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as well as sound business acumen.
• You are organized, self-motivated, and manage your time effectively.
• You are familiar with aircraft development programs (an asset).
