Intégrateur/Intégratrice Cabine/ Cabin Integrator

L’intégrateur est amené à assurer l’installation de mécanismes dans l’aéronef. Vous aurez à veiller que les installations respectent les spécifications du client.

Principales responsabilités :

• Lire et appliquer les plans de conception ;
• Assurer l’intégration et l’installation des mécanismes de la cabine sur la chaine de production des avions;
• Concevoir et intégrer les monuments de la cabine et les éléments de structure interne de la cabine;
• Définir les interfaces entre les composantes structurales et les équipements de cabine afin d'assurer leur intégration sécuritaire;
• Collaborer avec les équipes de calcul de contraintes (Stress), de conception structure et de fabrication afin de résoudre les enjeux d'intégration;
• Participer à la résolution des problèmes d'installation rencontrés en production ou lors des essais.
• Intégrer divers produits avec l’avion de test (vert) ;
• Intégrer des changements dans la maquette numérique (DMU) de l’avion à l’aide de l’outil CATIA ;
• Agir à titre d’intermédiaire auprès des fournisseurs de produits de systèmes de cabine ;
• Assurer la revue et l’approbation des livrables ;
• Gérer les changements liés aux problématiques en service et aux améliorations du produit ;
• Planifier la charge de travail en fonction des objectifs d’ingénierie ;
• Apporter le support nécessaire à la certification ;
• Respecter les exigences et requis listés ;
• Rechercher de la documentation sur les spécifications techniques, lorsque non fournies par le client ;
• Rechercher la cause racine et résoudre des problèmes ;
• Comprendre les exigences des normes AS 9100 relatives aux responsabilités prévues à ce poste ;
• Respecter les procédures du SMQ de l’entreprise et y  appliquer les outils lors de la réalisation des tâches ;
• Toutes autres tâches connexes.

The Integrator is responsible for the installation and integration of cabin mechanisms and equipment into the aircraft while ensuring that all installations comply with customer specifications and applicable aerospace standards.

Key responsibilities:

Read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings, design documentation, and technical specifications.

Perform the integration and installation of cabin systems and mechanisms on the aircraft production line.

Design and integrate cabin monuments and internal cabin structural components.

Define the interfaces between structural components and cabin equipment to ensure safe and efficient integration.

Collaborate with Stress, Structural Design, Manufacturing, and Production teams to resolve integration issues.

Participate in resolving installation issues encountered during production and aircraft testing.

Integrate various products on the green aircraft (test aircraft).

Incorporate design changes into the aircraft Digital Mock-Up (DMU) using CATIA.

Act as the technical liaison with cabin system and equipment suppliers.

Review and approve engineering deliverables.

Manage engineering changes related to in-service issues, product improvements, and design modifications.

Plan and prioritize workload according to engineering objectives and project schedules.

Provide technical support for aircraft certification activities.

Ensure compliance with all applicable customer requirements and engineering specifications.

Research technical documentation and specifications when not provided by the customer.

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve technical issues.

Understand and comply with AS9100 quality management system requirements applicable to the position.

Follow the company's Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and apply the appropriate quality tools while performing assigned tasks.

Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience;
• Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry ;
• Experience in supplier management ;
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent experience;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint);
• Working knowledge of CATIA V5 design and modeling software;
• Bilingualism (French and English, both written and spoken) is considered an asset.
