  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including quality assurance compliance, inventory control, space management, logistics, productivity, shipping, receiving and equipment safety.

  • Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency through motivation, training, leadership and effective communication.

  •  Establish, monitor and manage operational, team and individual goals.

  • Train and manage the warehouse team to identify and solve operational issues.

  • Coordinate staffing by increasing or decreasing personnel and/or overtime to meet changing conditions.

  •  Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts and physical inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize waste.

  •  Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods to ensure timely and accurate deliveries and shipments.

  • Manage and audit Warehouse vendor invoices, including personnel, equipment and supplies to ensure accuracy and communicate concerns to the finance team.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records regarding receipts, shipments, equipment and personnel.

  • Develop and coach the warehouse team, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure material storage and transport is performed in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Work collaboratively with Operations, FSQ, Marketing, Finance and Sales teams to promote cross-functional teamwork, communication and ensure successful project execution.

  •  Strong communicator who can establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels

  • Possess strong teamwork and leadership skills with an ability to foster a positive and productive environment with cross functional teams

  • Proficiency utilizing ERP systems and spearheading performance improvement opportunities

  • Dedicated advocate for health, safety, environment and compliance, ensuring the highest standards for food safety, regulatory adherence, and quality assurance across all operational areas.

  • Champion of sustainability who aligns operational strategies with the company’s values, ensuring eco-friendly practices and ethical sourcing throughout the supply chain.

  • ●   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

    ●   5+ years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in food and beverage manufacturing.

    ●   Expertise in supply chain optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.

    ●   Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced supply chain management tools.

    ●   Exceptional leadership and servant leadership skills, with a focus on team development and empowerment.

    ●   Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

    ●   Deep understanding of food safety regulations, quality assurance, and operational compliance.

    In accordance with Minnesota's Pay Transparency Law (effective January 1, 2025), the salary range for this position is $75,000 - 95,000 annually.

    In addition to the base salary, the following benefits are offered:

  • Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of annual bonus
