Protect company assets, including gaming keys. Complete sign-in/out sheets for radios and keys. Comply with all gaming regulations and company policies consistently. Follow safety protocols at all times. Maintain confidentiality within the department and company. Communicate openly with supervisors. Report safety hazards, intoxicated or disruptive guests, cheating, disputes, or other issues immediately to a supervisor. Escalate guest concerns to supervisors as needed. Support supervisors with operational tasks and concerns.
