Solenis is seeking a hands-on Service Technician to support our customers in the Green Bay and Appleton area. In this role, you'll work directly inside paper and pulp mills, helping ensure chemical treatment programs and equipment operate safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical or electrical maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and building customer relationships.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine testing, monitoring, and data collection at customer sites.
• Conduct basic laboratory analysis and contribute to service reports.
• Monitor chemical treatment programs and adjust feed rates to optimize performance.
• Manage chemical inventory, transfers, and deliveries to customer systems.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair chemical feed and monitoring equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform equipment repairs.
• Partner with customers to resolve operational challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to site managers, engineers, and customer personnel.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety in all work activities.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, or repairing mechanical and/or electrical equipment in an industrial environment.
• Experience working in manufacturing, paper mills, chemical plants, wastewater treatment, or similar industrial settings is preferred.
• Chemical handling experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and interact professionally with customers.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $52,760.00 and $77,374.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
