Active, unrestricted NY PMHNP license; NJ license a plus.
Active, unrestricted NY DEA registration.
Active NPI number
3+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
Prior clinical supervisory experience
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Comfortable using data to drive performance and identify opportunities
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

→Work with adults, young adults, and/or children
→Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions
→Complete timely, accurate documentation
