• Work in a customer-facing role, helping clients adopt agentic AI capabilities within their supply chain planning processes.

• Meet with customers, understand their needs, and proactively match them with Solvoyo's AI-powered and optimization-driven solutions.

• Support implementation of Solvoyo solutions, including configuring AI agents, role-based dashboards, and automated workflows on the Solvoyo Platform.

• Collaborate closely with Development Team and Support teams to translate AI-driven insights into customer value.

• Provide after-go-live support, using generative AI tools and data analytics to continuously improve customer KPIs and outcomes.

• Understanding of supply chain concepts and processes.

• Curiosity to learn new software technologies, especially SQL, and an interest in agentic AI and generative AI tools.

• Passion for cloud technology, SaaS, AI-driven platforms, and start-ups.

• Strong algorithmic mindset and analytical thinking, with enthusiasm for solving complex problems using AI and optimization.

• Understanding of mathematical modeling and how AI/ML techniques apply to supply chain planning problems.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to handle large data sets and extract actionable insights.

• Big-picture thinking, customer-centricity, and a passion for continuous process improvement.

• Strong ability to understand customer needs, persuade stakeholders, and communicate effectively at a high level.

• Graduate or undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

• 0-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
