Summary of Position:

We're hiring a Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our company's online presence. Responsibilities include creating and implementing social media campaigns, engaging with our audience, and analyzing campaign performance. The ideal candidate is proficient in major social media platforms, has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and can work independently to meet deadlines. If you're passionate about social media and marketing, we want to hear from you!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
  • Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
  • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy
  • Identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes, and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
 

Requirements

  • 2 years of exp in the same role
  • Proficient in Social Media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Has great attention to detail
  • Organizational Skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Requires minimal supervision
