Position: Senior Product Designer (SaaS Web Application)

Scope of the Role 

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our SaaS products. Your expertise in design, understanding of business needs, and ability to orchestrate the development of new products will be essential. You will be responsible for translating innovative ideas into detailed project roadmaps, guiding the product from conception to launch.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for new SaaS products from ideation to deployment.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure a seamless and effective design strategy.
• Create compelling and user-friendly UI/UX designs that meet business goals and enhance user satisfaction.
• Develop detailed project roadmaps, setting clear milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to align design objectives with business needs and technical requirements.
• Continuously gather user feedback to iterate and improve product designs.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3-5 years of experience)  as a Product Designer or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a track record of successful web application designs.
• Expertise in UI/UX best practices and a passion for improving user experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams across different disciplines.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fully remote setting.
• Flexibility to work across any time zone with adaptable work hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment dealing with iterative timelines and deliverables.
