We are looking for an experienced Senior Trademark Paralegal to combine hands-on trademark paralegal work with operational oversight. The role involves managing trademark filings, supporting IP portfolios, overseeing daily workflow, and helping ensure high-quality client deliverables.

• →Prepare and file USPTO and TTAB trademark documents.
• →Review trademark searches, Office Actions, and legal correspondence.
• →Support global trademark portfolio management.
• →Manage team workflow, inboxes, and task allocation.
• →Review work for quality and mentor junior team members.

• 7+ years of trademark paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of USPTO procedures and trademark law.
• Previous leadership or workflow coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with trademark docketing systems and legal practice management software.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
