Client / Industry: Institutional Asset Management & Wealthtech
Target Market: Latin America (LATAM - for New York EST time-zone overlap)
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
What We Offer
~1 min read- Remote (Must be LATAM-based or have full real-time overlap with U.S. Eastern / New York hours)
- Full-Time (40 hours/week, aligning with U.S. Eastern time-zone business hours)
Our client is a fast-growing, U.S.-based investment management firm building institutional-quality alternative investment solutions. Alongside their proprietary investment funds, they build white-label fund-of-funds products for leading independent multi-family offices and wealth advisory firms across the United States. They combine deep manager selection with sophisticated portfolio construction to deliver differentiated outcomes for wealth management clients.
The Agentic GTM Lead will build, run, and scale the firm’s go-to-market and demand-generation engine from scratch. This is a 0-to-1, execution-heavy "builder" role—not a strategy-only or management position. The ideal candidate pairs software engineering skills (Python, SQL, APIs) with commercial instinct and domain knowledge in finance or alternative investments. Reporting directly to Revenue Leadership and the Chief of Staff, this individual will own cold outbound systems, content/social engine operations, signal-based AI agent workflows, and data-driven A/B experimentation to generate pipeline and booked meetings with institutional wealth management decision-makers.
