A private internal AI copilot that supports sales leadership by:

Slack / Telegram / internal conversations

Unstructured, imperfect, human-written text

Clear, concise account summaries

Thoughtful next-step recommendations

Personalized outreach drafts that strictly follow defined messaging rules

The AI must only use information explicitly provided to it

No guessing, hallucinating, or filling in gaps

No automatic sending of messages

Human review is always required
Responsibilities

Design and build an AI-powered system that can parse, reason over, and synthesize unstructured text

Implement strong prompting, guardrails, and validation logic to prevent hallucinations
-
Ensure the AI follows strict tone, style, and messaging constraints
-
Optimize for clarity, judgment, and usefulness—not novelty
-
Work closely with a non-technical sales leader to refine outputs
-
Iterate quickly based on real usage and feedback
-
Continuously improve output quality, accuracy, and usability
-
Keep the system intentionally simple, reliable, and intuitive
-
Ensure the AI only uses real inputs provided by the user
-
Build confidence in the system through predictable, explainable behavior
-
Favor conservative outputs over speculative ones
This role is not for a general software engineer exploring AI.
We are specifically looking for someone who:
-
Has already built an AI assistant, copilot, or internal AI tool
-
Has experience working with LLMs in real business workflows
-
Is comfortable handling messy, unstructured, real-world data
-
Understands the difference between automation and augmentation
-
Writes and communicates clearly in English
-
Is product-minded and user-focused
To be very clear, this role does not involve:

Training custom AI models
-
Marketing automation or “AI SDR” tools
-
Auto-sending emails or messages
-
Spam, growth hacks, or mass outreach
-
Replacing human judgment
If your background is primarily in marketing automation or outbound tooling, this role will not be a fit.
