Our client is a fast-growing, technology-driven organization focused on building innovative AI-powered solutions. As they continue to scale, they are looking for an AI Operations Generalist who can bridge technical AI expertise with day-to-day business operations.
This is a highly dynamic role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, solving diverse business challenges, and helping build operational systems from the ground up.
The AI Operations Generalist will serve as a cross-functional contributor responsible for supporting operations, AI initiatives, go-to-market execution, and special projects across the business.
This is not a narrowly defined role. The successful candidate will combine technical AI knowledge with operational thinking, helping leadership execute strategic initiatives while also tackling a wide variety of business needs. One day may involve supporting AI infrastructure or productization efforts, while the next may involve researching trademark filings, improving internal processes, or coordinating operational projects.
The ideal candidate is technically curious, highly adaptable, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities

- →Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of AI-powered products and workflows
- →Assist with AI infrastructure and runtime architecture initiatives
- →Collaborate with leadership on technical AI projects and operational improvements
- →Research, evaluate, and recommend AI tools and technologies that improve business efficiency
- →Help bridge technical implementation with business objectives
Operational Support
- →Assist with day-to-day operational initiatives across multiple departments
- →Identify opportunities to improve workflows and internal processes
- →Coordinate projects and ensure priorities remain on track
- →Support executive leadership with research, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives
- →Handle a variety of operational responsibilities as business needs evolve
Go-to-Market & Productization
- →Coordinate follow-up with clients, vendors, and business partners
- →Monitor ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met
- →Communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
- →Keep leadership informed of outstanding priorities and project updates
Special Projects
- →Research and coordinate projects outside traditional operational responsibilities
- →Assist with business initiatives such as trademark filings, vendor research, compliance coordination, and administrative projects
- →Solve emerging business challenges with a proactive, hands-on approach
- →Take ownership of new initiatives with minimal direction
Requirements
~1 min read- 2–5 years of experience in AI Operations, Technical Operations, Product Operations, Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and modern AI technologies
- Technical familiarity with AI architecture, runtime infrastructure, or AI deployment environments
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to improve processes and execute projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and ambiguity
- Experience working in startup or high-growth technology environments
- Experience supporting AI products or AI-enabled workflows
- Knowledge of product development or productization processes
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure or AI deployment environments
- Experience coordinating cross-functional operational initiatives
- Understanding of business operations, project management, or strategy
- Experience researching compliance, legal, or intellectual property processes (such as trademark filings)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership beyond a traditional job description
- No specific software or CRM experience is required. Experience with the following is considered a plus:
- AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar)
- Cloud platforms
