Salary Range: $3,000 – $4,000 / month (Commensurate with experience)

We are seeking an experienced Amazon PPC Digital Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale high-budget advertising campaigns across a portfolio of established client brands. In this role, you will leverage our proven internal systems and SOPs while applying your deep performance marketing expertise to drive outstanding ROAS, TACoS, and overall account growth.
Key Responsibilities
This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of Amazon advertising campaigns across a portfolio of established client accounts. This is an exceptionally analytical role requiring hands-on campaign execution and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate has strong agency experience, is a self-starter, and will handle the following:
- Amazon PPC Management: Manage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns daily. Confidently adjust bids, budgets, keyword strategy, audience targeting, and campaign structures to meet client goals.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze campaign- and account-level metrics to diagnose performance trends across sales, traffic, conversion rates, and profitability. Understand the why behind performance changes and make critical optimization decisions.
- Process Execution: Execute campaign optimizations with exceptional accuracy, following our extensive internal SOPs and operational playbooks while actively identifying workflow improvements.
- Client Communication: Author concise, data-driven weekly performance summaries for clients via Slack and written channels, highlighting key wins, risks, and strategic recommendations.
- Account Health & Strategy: Monitor portfolio-level metrics to ensure campaigns consistently perform against client objectives, safeguarding healthy ROAS, TACoS, and ACoS.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience, specifically managing high-budget campaigns for established consumer brands. Experience working inside an Amazon agency is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Amazon campaign optimization, keyword research, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and the broader Amazon advertising ecosystem.
- Tools: Proficient with Amazon Advertising Console, Slack, and standard project management/documentation tools.
- Remote Expertise: Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced agency environment without requiring constant oversight.
- Communication: Exceptional written English skills, with the ability to explain complex performance metrics and strategy clearly and concisely.
- Mindset: Highly analytical, naturally curious, process-oriented, and driven by continuous improvement.
