Amazon & Shopify E-Commerce Specialist

Our mission is to equip communities with the tools necessary to respond effectively to emergencies, thereby saving lives. We offer a range of products, including Naloxone cases, emergency cabinets, and test strips, through our online store and Amazon platform.
Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Amazon Specialist with experience in managing Amazon listings and Shopify platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating & optimizing product listings, managing advertising campaigns, and ensuring seamless integration between our Shopify store and Amazon marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Listings Management:
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon to enhance visibility and drive sales. Including creating complex listings with multiple variations, uploading videos, creating A+ content, building out the brand store.
- Monitor and analyze listing performance, implementing strategies to improve rankings and conversion rates.
- Ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Amazon's guidelines.
- Monitor Amazon storage and fulfillment fees for products.
Shopify Store Management:
- Oversee the integration between Shopify and Amazon, ensuring consistent product information and inventory levels across platforms.
- Manage product listings, collections, and navigation on the Shopify store to enhance user experience.
- Update shipping profiles for products and coordinate shipping with warehouse and Amazon MCF.
Advertising Management:
- Develop and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with Amazon's advertising best practices and implement new strategies as appropriate.
- Experience with Google merchant store and google ad campaigns is a plus.
Inventory and Order Management:
- Monitor inventory levels across Amazon and Shopify, coordinating with the Warehouse team and suppliers to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Manage fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries and issues on Amazon, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and respond to product reviews and feedback, implementing improvements as needed.
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging infographics and product photography using graphic design/Photoshop for Amazon listings and Shopify product pages.
Experience:
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts and Shopify stores.
- Strong understanding of Amazon listing creation, SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization techniques.
- Experience with Amazon Advertising platforms and campaign management.
- Proficiency in Shopify, including product management, theme customization, and app integrations.
- Experience with graphic design with photo editing for product photography and creating infographics for amazon product listings.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Quickbooks for invoicing.
- Experience using Chat GPT to help with emails and product listings..
- Experience sourcing on Alibaba and communicating with international suppliers via email and wechat.
