About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a motivated and articulate Appointment Setter to engage with inbound leads and schedule consultations for our tax advisory specialists. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients—often attorneys, medical professionals, executives, and business owners—who have expressed interest in learning how to reduce their tax burden.
Your primary responsibility is to qualify these leads through structured conversations, build rapport, and book appointments for our senior tax advisors. This is not a cold-calling or hard-sales role—it’s a warm, relationship-driven position requiring professionalism, organization, and clear communication.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or inside sales (preferably in financial, professional, or consulting services).
