We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive communicator to join our team as an Appointment Setter. Your primary mission is to convert raw leads into qualified appointments. You will be the bridge between initial interest and a closed deal.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Outbound Prospecting: High-volume cold and warm calling to expired listings, and our existing database.
- →Lead Qualification: Asking strategic questions to determine motivation, timeline, and financial readiness of potential buyers or sellers.
- →Calendar Management: Coordinating schedules between prospects and agents to ensure a seamless handoff.
- →CRM Maintenance: Diligently updating with detailed notes and lead statuses.
- →Nurturing: Following up with "not yet ready" leads through scheduled touchpoints to stay top-of-mind.
Requirements
~1 min read- The "Gift of Gab": Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone within seconds.
- Resilience: A thick skin and the ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, Google Calendar, and VOIP dialing systems.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate processes (or a willingness to learn quickly).
- Experience: 2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service preferred.
