About the Role
~1 min readWe are hiring an Appointment Setter with a clear path to becoming a full-cycle SDR and eventually a Closer.
This role starts with high-volume outbound and inbound lead follow-up, with the primary goal of:
- Booking qualified prospects into discovery calls
- Driving show rates for consultations
As you prove performance, you will grow into:
- Running discovery calls
- Handling parts of the sales process
- Eventually closing deals
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in sales, not just book meetings.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Call inbound and warm leads quickly and persistently
- Execute high-volume outreach:
- 7–10 touchpoints per lead within the first week
- Double dialing and multi-touch follow-up
- Follow structured scripts while maintaining a natural, engaging tone
- Qualify leads and book them into discovery calls
- Clearly communicate next steps and expectations
- Ensure prospects are properly scheduled and prepared
- Send reminders via:
- Calls
- Texts
- Emails
- Proactively follow up to reduce no-shows
- Build rapport to increase commitment to appointments
- Track all activity in CRM
- Maintain clean and organized lead data
- Manage follow-ups and pipeline stages effectively
As you demonstrate success, responsibilities will expand to include:
- Conducting discovery calls
- Qualifying prospects at a deeper level
- Handling objections
- Supporting or running consultations
- Progressing toward a closing role
- 1–3+ years of experience in:
- Appointment setting
- SDR / BDR roles
- Inside sales or high-volume calling environments
- Strong phone presence and confidence
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to handle high call volume and follow structured processes
- Resilient and comfortable with rejection
- Experience in:
- Health, wellness, or fitness industries
- High-ticket sales environments
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Spanish bilingual (nice to have, not required)
- High outbound activity and consistent follow-up
- Strong booking rates from inbound leads
- High show rates for scheduled appointments
- Clear progression into discovery calls and sales responsibilities
- Consistent improvement in conversion metrics
- Highly driven and motivated by performance
- Competitive and goal-oriented
- Coachable and eager to grow into a sales role
- Strong work ethic and discipline
- Positive, energetic communication style
Requirements
