Appointment Setter - 21872
Quick Summary
Our client is a local studio of a leading global fitness franchise with more than a thousand gyms worldwide. The studio offers high-energy group training classes that combine high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, and functional training, with the attention and coaching of a personal trainer. Classes are designed for every age and fitness level, and the studio is known for its supportive, community-driven atmosphere.
The studio generates a steady flow of new leads from people interested in trying a class, along with a large database of past leads and contacts. To make sure every lead gets a fast, friendly response and a booked visit, the studio is hiring a dedicated full-time Appointment Setter.
We are seeking an Appointment Setter to contact new and existing leads and book them into trial classes and studio appointments.
This individual will handle 150–300 new leads each month, reaching out quickly by phone and text, answering questions, and getting prospects booked into the schedule. The Appointment Setter will also work through the studio's large existing database to re-engage past leads and former members and turn them into new bookings. All lead activity is managed in GoHighLevel, and appointments are booked in MindBody using simple, step-by-step SOPs.
The ideal candidate is coachable, quick-thinking, and confident on the phone, with a clear, natural English accent. Sales experience is a plus, but the right attitude and the ability to learn quickly matter most.
