Conduct outbound calls to prospective workshop attendees, cold lists, and warm inbound leads.

Follow provided outreach scripts and talking points naturally to introduce upcoming AI workshops and explain their direct value proposition.

Handle basic conversational objections and answer high-level questions confidently.

Book interested corporate prospects into workshops and/or technical discovery calls.

Identify and qualify prospects who show active interest in corporate AI adoption or AI infrastructure strategy.

Maintain friendly, consultative, and highly conversational interactions with leads to create an exceptional first impression of our brand.

Escalate highly interested enterprise prospects or complex inquiries directly to leadership.

Systematically update CRM records, log call dispositions, and track daily outreach activity.

Manage automated scheduling tools and handle calendar coordination for booked discovery calls and events.

Maintain organized notes and manage follow-up cadences to ensure no lead drops out of the pipeline.

Work closely with the founder and leadership team to optimize outreach strategies.

Provide real-time feed-forward information regarding script performance, frequent market objections, and campaign engagement metrics to improve the system over time.
Requirements

Experience: Proven track record in appointment setting, cold calling, outbound lead generation, customer support, or SDR/BDR workflows.

Communication: Flawless verbal and written English communication skills with a confident, articulate, and personable phone presence. Must be highly comfortable speaking with US-based business executives.

Execution: Comfort following structure and scripts while sounding natural, warm, and authentic.

Remote Setup: Extremely organized, dependable, and self-managed. Must possess a highly reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace.

Prior experience booking B2B meetings for US-based technology companies.

Mastery of modern CRM platforms, cloud dialers, and scheduling software.

A baseline familiarity with or strong passion for artificial intelligence, SaaS, or emerging technology services.

Experience supporting workshop/event-based marketing and outreach campaigns.

Initial Structure: 4–6 hours per day to start (approximately 20–30 hours per week).
