Maintain exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional conversational interactions with government staff, creating an outstanding first impression of the company.

Escalate highly interested, high-level municipal officials directly to leadership.

Systematically use cloud dialer tools to call leads effectively and track daily outreach metrics.

Update CRM records with meticulous accuracy, managing scheduling and calendar coordination for booked events.

Maintain organized notes and follow-up status trackers so no qualified government lead is dropped.

Work directly alongside the founder and leadership team.

Provide real-time qualitative feedback on script performance, community objections, and campaign traction to help improve outreach processes over time.
Requirements

Experience: Proven track record in appointment setting, cold/warm calling, lead generation, customer support, virtual assistant work, or SDR/BDR workflows.

Communication: Flawless verbal and written English communication skills with a confident, personable, and professional phone presence. Must be highly comfortable speaking with US-based government officials.

Execution: Comfort following structured scripts while sounding completely natural, warm, and conversational.

Remote Setup: Highly organized, dependable, and self-managed. Must possess a highly reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace.

Prior experience booking meetings or coordinating events for US-based companies (specifically within SaaS, GovTech, or technology services).

Direct experience utilizing modern CRM platforms, cloud dialers, and automated scheduling tools.

Startup experience and a genuine excitement for emerging AI technology.

Initial Structure: Part-time to start (approximately 4–6 hours per day).
