What You’ll Do:
- Speak with homeowners who have responded to the company’s marketing
- Build rapport quickly
- Discover why they're considering selling
- Qualify motivation, timeline, condition, and expectations
- Identify genuine selling opportunities
- Schedule qualified appointments for the acquisitions team
- Keep detailed CRM notes
- Follow company scripts while sounding natural
- Maintain high daily call activity
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Work closely with closers to maximize signed contracts
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Native-level or near-native English communication (10/10 verbal English is non-negotiable)
- Located in Central or South America only
- Minimum 2+ years of phone sales or appointment setting experience
- Proven success in high-volume outbound or inbound sales
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Comfortable working full-time (40 hours/week)
- Stable high-speed internet
- Quiet professional home office
- Excellent computer skills
- Highly coachable
- Self-managed and accountable
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Real estate investing experience
- Wholesale real estate experience
- Solar sales
- Roofing sales
- Home services sales
- High-ticket phone sales
- Closing experience
- Experience working remotely for U.S. companies

Training and Support:
You'll receive training from senior members of the team on:
- Sales process
- CRM workflows
- Qualification framework
- Company scripts
- Seller psychology
- Objection handling
- Internal systems
The company has spent more than a decade refining its process, your job is to execute it at a high level.
Compensation:
Base Salary
- $1,000–$1,300 USD/month, depending on your experience and track record.
Performance Bonuses
- $50 for every appointment that converts into a signed purchase contract
- $25 paid when the contract is signed.
- $25 paid when the deal closes.
- Additional weekly and monthly bonuses for top performers based on contracts generated and call activity.
The compensation plan is intentionally designed to reward quality, not quantity. Our client would rather pay bonuses for appointments that become real deals than incentivize setting meetings that never go anywhere.
