About the Role
~1 min readWe are hiring a high-output Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist to support outbound business development for a growing security services company.
This role is focused on hunting for new business through outbound campaigns, while also maintaining light touchpoints with existing customers.
You will be responsible for filling the sales pipeline by identifying prospects, reaching out via email (and occasionally phone), and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Execute cold outbound email campaigns
- Identify and research prospects using tools like:
- ZoomInfo
- ALN
- CRM databases
- Build targeted prospect lists across multiple markets
- Personalize outreach to increase response rates
- Consistently generate qualified meetings for the sales team
- Engage with prospects via email and occasional calls
- Qualify leads based on basic criteria (fit, interest, timing)
- Schedule meetings for sales reps / leadership
- Ensure smooth handoff of leads to closers
- Maintain light communication with existing customers
- Send follow-ups, check-ins, and relationship touchpoints
- Help ensure continued engagement and retention
- Track outreach activity and performance in CRM
- Maintain clean, organized lead data
- Report on:
- Emails sent
- Responses
- Meetings booked
- Conversion rates
- 1–3+ years experience in:
- Appointment setting
- Lead generation
- SDR / BDR roles
- Strong written English (this role is email-heavy)
- Comfortable with outbound / cold outreach
- Familiar with tools like:
- CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.)
- Highly organized and self-motivated
