Appointment Setter (South Africa) - 17255

Riverstone Commercial Cleaning is hiring a Remote Appointment Setter to own all outbound lead generation efforts. This role is not a full-cycle SDR position. Your primary responsibility is to book qualified sales appointments for the owner, who will handle in-person walkthroughs and close deals.

This is an entry-level to early-career role ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, cold calling, and prospecting, and wants to grow with a young company.

• Conduct outbound cold calls to commercial prospects (office buildings, medical offices, retail, etc.)

• Send outbound emails and follow-ups to targeted business lists

• Build and manage prospect lists using provided tools and research methods

• Qualify leads based on basic criteria (location, business type, interest)

• Book sales appointments and walkthroughs directly onto the owner’s calendar

• Confirm appointments and handle basic follow-ups or reschedules

• Ensure all booked meetings meet agreed qualification standards

• Track outreach activity, conversations, and booked meetings

• Provide basic reporting on calls made, emails sent, and appointments booked

• Share feedback from prospects to help refine messaging and targeting

• Prior experience with outbound cold calling or appointment setting

• Comfortable handling objections and rejection professionally

• Strong English communication skills with a neutral accent

• Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

• Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities services, or B2B services

• Familiarity with CRM tools or dialers

• Experience targeting U.S.-based businesses

• Candidate must provide their own laptop, headset, microphone, and reliable internet

• Riverstone will provide access to required sales software and tools

• Number of outbound calls/emails completed daily

• Number of qualified appointments booked per week

• Appointment show rate

• Overall contribution to a consistent sales pipeline
