  • Experience Required: 3+ years of outbound sales, appointment setting, or call center sales experience. (Automotive or finance experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right attitude).

We are looking for a unique, highly talented Digital Specialist & Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. This is a dynamic hybrid role designed for someone who has excellent sales teeth but also possesses a creative flair for marketing and social media. You will be representing a specific, high-volume franchise dealership location natively, ensuring their digital presence is sharp, active, and engaging.

Your 8-hour day will be split smoothly between two core focuses: spending roughly 2 to 4 hours mocking up and scheduling creative social media posts, and spending the remainder of your shift working hand-in-hand with our sales team—contacting credit applicants, replying to text messages, and booking appointments for our Finance Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Conceptualize, mock up, and design clean, engaging social media posts tailored to our local dealership branding.
  • Daily Publishing: Maintain a consistent digital footprint by ensuring a minimum of one high-quality post goes live every single day across core channels.
  • Brand Representation: Act as the online voice for a distinct franchise dealership, responding to comments and maintaining a professional, upbeat brand image.
  • Lead Re-engagement: Call fresh credit applicants and re-engage historic leads to pull them back into the finance approval pipeline (No cold calling—all leads are warm and asset-authorized).
  • Omnichannel Follow-Up: Manage digital communication, heavily interacting with prospects via text messaging and email platforms to qualify their intent.
  • Appointment Booking: Secure firm appointments for prospects to speak with our onsite Finance Managers to discuss their vehicle match and loan logistics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience split between phone-based sales/appointment setting and social media creation/management (ideally within a small business or fast-paced startup environment).
  • Creative Technical Eye: Proficiency with basic design tools (like Canva) and a clear understanding of social media platforms, layout principles, and scheduling workflows.
  • Exceptional English Communication: Flawless verbal and written English with the ability to write catchy, professional social media copy and command a phone conversation with North American buyers.
  • Charismatic Sales Focus: You cannot be shy on the phone. You must be comfortable picking up the dialer, handling objections, and driving numbers to hit your commission targets.
  • Highly Organized: Exceptional time-management skills to ensure your marketing tasks are completed efficiently without distracting from your core sales responsibilities.
