Automation Specialist | Shoe Zero - 15646

 Position : Automation & Systems Integration Specialist

Location: Open to candidates located in Latin America (LATAM) and the Philippines.

Compensation: $1,500 - $2,500 per month (Commensurate with experience).

Core Focus: Build scalable, reliable workflows to connect Shopify, CRM, marketing, and analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain workflows in Make.com and n8n (Zapier optional).

• Integrate Shopify with CRM (HubSpot, Close, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) for clean lead/customer data flow.

• Automate workflows across fulfillment, analytics, ads attribution, and marketing platforms.

• Implement strong error handling, monitoring, and documentation for workflows.

• Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure systems scale as the business grows.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 3+ years hands-on automation experience with Make.com and/or n8n.

• Proficient in APIs, webhooks, JSON, data manipulation.

• Proven builds integrating Shopify + CRM + Email/SMS + Ads attribution into closed-loop reporting.

• Ability to debug, optimize, and scale automations.

Bonus Points

• Experience with GA4 server-side tagging and attribution feeds.

• Familiarity with AI automation (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain).

• Background in ETL pipelines, RPA, or workflow monitoring.

Evaluation Criteria

• Candidates must showcase real automation builds (workflows, platforms, results).

• Problem-solving examples: how they handled API errors or scaling issues.

• Execution ability: can they both design and implement?
