The Bilingual Inbound Lead Response Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for new real estate inquiries.
This role is responsible for monitoring inbound messages and responding quickly to new leads, ensuring prospective buyers and sellers receive prompt communication within minutes of reaching out.
You will interact with potential clients through text messages, chat systems, CRM messaging platforms, and email, gathering initial information, answering basic questions, and helping guide qualified prospects toward scheduling conversations with licensed real estate agents.
This position focuses on speed, organization, and client communication, rather than closing sales or negotiating real estate transactions.
It is ideal for someone who is highly responsive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Monitor inbound lead channels throughout the day

Respond to new inquiries within minutes whenever possible

Communicate with prospective buyers and sellers via text, chat platforms, CRM messaging tools, and email

Greet and engage new leads in a friendly, professional manner

Ask structured questions to understand whether the client is a buyer or seller

Gather basic information to help the team determine next steps

Route qualified prospects to licensed real estate agents

Help schedule follow-up conversations or consultations when appropriate

Ensure leads are properly handed off to the appropriate team member

Maintain accurate notes in the CRM after every conversation

Update lead status and communication history

Track follow-up needs and ensure no leads fall through the cracks

Provide clear, professional written communication in both English and Spanish

Maintain a responsive, organized, and helpful tone with every interaction

Help create a positive first impression for prospective clients

Strong written communication skills in both languages
Ability to respond quickly and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems, messaging tools, and Google Workspace
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Ability to remain professional and responsive in a fast-paced environment
